Customers are required to submit an order 2 clear days prior to delivery of the product is required. Furthermore a 50 % non-refundable deposit is to be made on bulk orders. A bulk order is an order consisting of 20 containers or more, If the deposit is not payed the order will not be processed.Thank you

Cancellation of Order  No order may be cancelled, modified or deferred at the time of delivery. The customer is

liable to make the required payment once a representative of Sunny’s Biryani Delights has arrived with the

product. No order may be cancelled, modified or deferred without prior consent from Sunny’s Biryani Delights

(which shall be at the absolute discretion of Sunny’s Biryani Delights) and such consent shall be subject to

Sunny’s Biryani Delights being given notification 2 clear days prior to delivery.

Limitation of Liability  Sunny’s Biryani Delights will not be subject to, and the customer releases Sunny’s Biryani

Delights from any liability (including but not limited to consequential loss, damage or loss of profits) because of

any delay in delivery. The customer acknowledges that Sunny’s Biryani Delights shall not in any way be

responsible if the products aren’t consumed as per the directions on the label. We will not be liable for any claim,

cost, damage or demand resulting from the non-compliance of the customer. Delivery time  delivery time is only

an estimate only but the company will use its best endeavours to maintain these estimates.

Prices  Prices are subject to change without notice.

Please be advised no refunds will be given nor will the product be replaced once the delivery has been made. The customer is solely responsible in regards to the product once delievery has been accepted.

The Delivery charges are based on the distance travelled to deliver the order.

Orders are excepted from Monday to Saturday, and the operating hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
